cog occultaris extra crit chance always active

Hi,

after I attack with the cog occultaris active, the extra crit chance should be gone, but it is not. I have always the extra crit chance on my tech priests for the whole battle. This is a bug it seems? Does anybody else have this one?

I can confirm, I have seen this too. Strange it has not been reported before, maybe a bug related to a past update?
