Discipline Tree Unlock method setting?
Saw that in the difficulty settings and I'm not sure what the "Disciplined" option means. And I have a feeling random is self-explanatory.

locked into one skill tree so you cant multi-class

ahh ok so what happens if i switch to that even though i have guys that are already multiclassed.
