Is there a way to change the portrait for the tech priests? I have two with the same one and it can get confusing on the action order bar(thing at the top acting in place of an ATB) during battles.

Currently, there's no way to change it. You're not the only one with this issue, it's driving me nuts. I've seen a lot of posts asking for the ability to change portraits, but so far it has not been implemented.

I just hope the devs will add this option at some point.

sigh... just great. Thanks for telling me. I think I saved before the last mission and before the new priest became an available reward. I'll see if reloading and running through it again reactivates the RNG. If it does I will let you make another reply to let you know.

it looks like if you re-complete the mission before the tech priest shows up as a reward there is a chance the icon will change.

This portrait mess is something the devs should solve. The portraits for the tech priests should just be selectable by the player in the cohort screen. This will solve the problem.
