Lower end computer
I finally got the game, and while it is slower it should be because of the computer I use, it works. At least it did up until the first battle, I was messing with the graphics settings to see if I could fix it and it crashed. Not a big surprise, but I’m wondering if anyone has any suggestions on what to set all of the settings to so it’ll work better.

Bump and an update. I managed to get it to run windowed, lowest resolution, and all graphical effects off. So far I am absolutely fascinated by this game, truly one of the greatest warhammer games out right now.

Glad to hear you got it working.
But it's really hard to suggest what settings you should go with, without system specs.

I wasn’t thinking about that. Oops. Maybe you can still recommend something I can do to make it run well. Here’s the specs

AMD RADEON R5
2048 mb dedicated video ram
Pixel shader 5.0
Vertex shader 5.0

CPU
2.2 ghz
AMD A8-7410 APU

Ram 4 gb

Os windows 10 64 bit

AMD hd audio device

Oh man...with specs like that, I'd honestly set everything to the lowest setting, then tweak things upward slowly.

looks like the CPU is the weak link here i'm afraid.
This is why reducing the rez has allowed you to gain better performance. It's also lower than our tech-spec, so i'm impressed it is working still :D

I’m definitely going to try that. I’ll be happy if I can just get it to where I can read the words and it isn’t windowed, but It’s just as well if it just doesn’t crash. Im surprised I could beat the tutorial, haha.

Fortunately my laptop has a very stubborn machine spirit.

I just read in the specs for the game that if I have less than 3.3 ghz, 12 gigs of ram would be required. I have four gigs out of the minimum of 8, but that got me thinking. If I could upgrade my RAM to 12, would that be all I need to get the game running like it should?
