Getting the Tiresus Missions
I am replaying the game again to unlock the Tiresus missions, however I am already at the 43% mark and there has been no sign of his missions appearing. I only have 17-19 missions left, and there has been no hints on when they will be available.

Sometimes the game glitches when I load it up and I see his message text bubble (I think) appear in the bottom left corner, but obviously there is no potrait for me to click on.

I don't want to play the whole campaign again and achieve absolutely nothing (apart from completing the game at an updated difficulty). How do I get his missions?!

Are you bloody kidding me, that is kind of bull. Firstly I was wondering why I wasn't getting certain tech. WHY WOULD I EVER CLICK THE SPACE BAR, LIKE EVER.

Actually this is very game breaking and unfair, certain tech can be completely and totally blocked off because you couldn't find this guy.

You do realize that certain tech can be completely and totally blocked off just due to RNG, right? Loot drops are random as well...

True, but eventually there is a point where you will get the best tech in the end by choosing certain missions. However if Tiresus was holding on to the power generator for the complete duration of the campaign then that is annoying.

Idk, I kind of like it. Reminds me of video games as a kid were games didnt hold your hands. In any case its not like missing items will hurt your chances of winning. You could literally finish this game with nothing but arc pistols and healing claws lol. Sorry you missed it though, I can see why that would be frustrating.

There's even hints that he's there, the little boxes that pop up to alert you to a new mission show up next to his portrait, even if you aren't in the noosphere

Tiresus Missions are part of the DLC or Base Game?

+1
I think the whole approach of this game not taking you by the hand and holding it and really punishing you for your deeds and misdeeds is very fitting for the universe it is set in.

I gotta admit I suck so hard at this game and think it's utterly unfair but I also found myself giving in to the experience of it as it fits Warhammer 40K and the texture of the lore.

I love this game actually and I am only 8hrs and 19% awakening in.

The whole point of a SECRET is that not everybody knows about it. It is also a very subtle way to hide it -you've been pressing spacebar to access the noosphere in every battle, or pressing the globe button. You can even do it in the main menu to look at the credits. Why would you NOT try it in the ship sometime?

Glad I found this thread. Not only did I not know about Tiresus, I have never pressed the spacebar or clicked any globe thing in combat to "enter the noosphere." I will be interested to see what this does.

I really enjoyed this. More games should do this.
