Is the "Power Axe 3.5 dmg" the Omnissiah Edition axe?

I bought the Omnissiah Edition and the above axe was in my inventory when I started the game. I'm assuming this is the DLC axe....but am beginning to wonder, as I also heard of an axe called the "Omnission" (or some such). My game page show the DLC installed and the artbook and music track are in my game folder so my assumption is that I've got the axe. Thanks for any claification.

Arc scourge is the special edition weapon.

My bad. For some bizarre reason I didn't notice that the Arc Scourge is a melee weapon. I've been using the power axe as my melee weapon.....duh. Didn't seem to slow me down though, as I'm working on the 8th mission atm.
