Max HP what am I missing

I keep augmenting my priests and it says +2, +4 to max HP but their hit points never rise above 10. What am I missing? Does "max HP" mean there is some way to go above the 10 but that number doesn't ever rise to begin with? Confused

And where can see what kind of physical/ energy armor a priest or enemy currently has. I cannot find that anywhere

When you earn new equipment, you still need to actually put it on your tech-priest to see that benefit! Armor pieces are underneath weapons and backpack items in the equipment list - you'll probably need to scroll down a bit. It costs 1 augmentation point to equip each bit of armor - but it's generally well worth it!
