How do I switch to cockpit mode?

What is the next camera key?

IIRC, with a XBOX gamepad it is : right shoulder button + A

Was the first thing i did. I did not see any key bindings for that. Just the basics for flying and thats it. The F1 help key with the basics of flight- does not mention how to switch to cockpit either, probably because this was not updated when cockpits were added.
