I started playing again today and noticed that the input on the controller is really buggy. I am having to hit the buttons several times in order to get the command to go through. Also, the framerate seems to be choppy when that was never an issue before. Lastly, the character keeps phasing through the ground or behind doors and walls and getting stuck. I have about 4 hours playtime, and up until now, everything has been fine. Thanks for your help....

I only found the entrance and no exit. There is a door in the south west that I cannot open. My map is 100% explored, but I know that I am missing something. How can I exit and unlock the next map. Please help and thanks.
