Razer mouse = terrible fps, $15 bluetooth mouse = game runs fine

What gives with the weird bug affecting my mouse. I have a wired Razer Basilisk v3 and any time I move it the frame rate drops to 7fps and stutters for a second or two. But when I swiped my wife's $15 bluetooth mouse from her laptop the game runs absolutely fine.

I have read elsewhere where people drop the polling rate of their mice to even 100 just to try and get some kind of improvement but give me a break. You shouldn't have to basically nerf your normal gaming mouse to play a FPS. That's what they were designed for :D It really ought to run fine right out of the box like every other game on the planet.

I'm using a viper mini and it's fine.

*razer synapse is trash though and has given me problems with other games before.

Happens all the time, my cousin had the issue in Apex Legends.

Literally just solved the problem by switching to 125 Polling Rate on my mouse, down from 1000. Whatever is going on with this game specifically, it seems to have an issue with the mouse sensor update rate. No problems with Battlefield games, or any other FPS, 3rd person, etc. etc.

it's not that this issue doesn't exist in other games for other people, it's that Battlebit has it far more common and worse than others.

Originally the change didn't work for me before because I needed to close Battlebit first, change the polling rate to 125, and then start the game back up. This worked.

We need the dev's to acknowledge this and make a fix prettiest pleases.

i have Redragon (with 12 buttons on side) for half price of Razor Naga... and it works flawless for years.. and without issue with software.

Razor was never really good and now is even software pretty bad.

Its not a razer issue, its most likely a unity issue which may be why the dev hasn't fixed it.

Why would anyone use anything except razer these days? 8000hz wired mice, 4000hz wireless, nobody can beat that.

redragon is cheap crap. i only bought the keyboard mouse combo to get the keyboard so i could have same day delivery for a different order. I needed a non dell keyboard anyways. I use the mouse as a secondary, but that things garbage. I've been using a Logitech g502? i believe for a while and it hasn't done me wrong yet. I had 2 before this, one couldnt tell you brand, but the other was a razor, and it died pretty fast. I've had this logitech for years and the customization interface is perfect.
