Is "Gamer Word" bad?

So I have been called "gamer word" in voice by fallen enemies. Not the "n word" they literally called me "gamer word". I do not use chat in this game.

If they were to get banned for saying "gamer word" and not the "n word" would they actually be breaking any real rules?

The gamer word is the N word. I assume he means they literally said "gamer word" into the chat. Which is specifically avoiding saying the slur, which seems fine to me, and working as designed

It's about intention, they're saying gamer word because it's very likely they won't be banned for it. But in these cases yeah it's being used as a cop out so they can feel like they got to say the "funny" racist word. I usually just remind them they're raging at a casual chaos simulator and to go touch grass.

Uh, sounds more like you just work in a place with no professionalism standards. I was in the Air Force, certainly we had bad language quite often. But not in a work or capacity that would actively belittle our coworkers. In the real world a boss should actually explain why they are not cooperating or whatever.
