Warfork vs Warsow?

Why this vs Warsow? I know this is a fork of Warsow, but was there another reason why this is on Steam and Warsow isn't?

Warsow devs probably decided it's better to just not release the game on Steam after it was Greenlit and not tell the community than to let us know it wasn't coming unless some weird off-chance miracle of a 3rd party intervening years later happened.

1. warsow is still in develpment.

2. warsow is basically owned by a person named "solomonk" who does not play the game nor does he care about it.

3. He owns warsow because hes "company" released it, goes by the name "chesseur de bots" and that is the only game this company/agent has released.

4. The reason warfork exists at all is because warsow is crippled because they have an owner who doesnt give a ♥♥♥♥ about the game.

5. Warsow got greenlit and we tried hard getting it greenlit and then this punk ass solomonk comes in and says "warsow community is too toxic to go on steam" so he basically did not want to get "blame" for a bad community as he is the owner of the game.

He does not want to release(give over ownership) the game nor does he want the game to grow like go on steam.

6. most of the devs said ♥♥♥♥ this... this is stupid... why should we care about the game when the owner itself doesnt care about it.

keep in mind that the only thing the guy owns is basically the name "warsow" as the game is open source and is free for anyone to create.

7. Warsow currently has 1 dev that is lucky to receive 2 email responses from solomonk.

8. i personally have been recommending the warsow community or atleast the "devs" of warsow to just create another warsow with another name and they will have all the power to do anything with it. THANK GOD SOMEBODY LISTENED and created another warsow named warfork....

my problem is... warsow and warfork is not the same game.... it may look the same it surely doesnt sound or feel the same, hence the core community of warsow is still in warsow regardless of how obvious the death of warsow is since warfork got onto steam.

Warfork is the same game as warsow, about sounds you can just mod it to sound just like warsow. Lastly the "core" community of warsow did switch to warfork, but people who don't play anything else than bomb won't see any difference B)
There is no reason imo to even play warsow anymore, nor do I understand why people still play pickups in warsow instead of warfork. I mean you don't even require steam to get warfork.
