Engineer Parts Quest
I've had this quest for over a week and I have yet to find the "seat" to complete it.

did you use a trainer or any cheat engein..not knocking you if you did . but if you did the devs mad it so quest items will not spawn if cheating blocking you from finishing the game

Nope. No cheats or trainers used. Legit game play the whole way. The frustration has made me take an extended break form the game.
