I have checked every ♥♥♥♥♥♥♥♥ wall near the note and body with uv light and theres no code what am i missing

I do believe that is a bug/glitch, because i am having the same problem. if you want the code it is 2454

More simple than you thought: just hold F and it will switch in the UV Lamp.

If you wanted to know where the code is, go to the locked door, use the UV light and follow the trail that becomes visible in the light. The code will be at the end of the trail on the wall that it leads to.

I know he gave you the code, but just in case you wanted to fight it yourself =P
