What Is a Garun
I have a quest that requires me to get 3 Garuns. What is it and where should i look for them? Quest is called flora samples . but i have never seen anything called this with all my scaving so far

no that is a Goran .i found out that the Garun Is one of the many mushrooms that you cant loot randomly

You can find them in some caves like herbs and in random loot places

You don't have to finish those quests. They don't give much.

I'm pretty sure it's the only RED mushroom in the game.

You can buy them from some vendors (This is probably the easiest way), find them as loot (those brown bags especially), or even find them in certain caves growing on the ground.
