it appears to be random, so I don't whether it is one at every floor or anything.

The mob keep respawning does not make this any better.

I wish at least the marker points to the precise location of the quest abject

I didnt find all 3, too. On the ground floor there s one in a room between some vents .. there are candles in front of the entrance. I just picked it up.. left the hospital so it can respawn again and well .. repeat that 2 times and you got it :D

Yeah, the flares do a pretty good job at telling where the quest items are. I like this game for that, it doesn't hold your hand telling you exactly where the items are, you really need to look for them

I went crazy looking for the one in the basement, thining I was supposed to get through the keycard door or something. Turned out the model for the medicine didn't load, so I couldn't see it :/ I lucked out and my cursor passed over it so I could pick it up tho.

Was probably the most entertaining/challenging quest so far IMO, I'm a tad further than that as of now, think I'm about to get into something interesting shortly, by the sounds of it.

Yeah that happened to me too on my other computer the second time I did that quest, I already knew where it was so I just picked it up

I swear my friends and I spent around and hour just looking for the third one. IMO, they should be a more abstract color so they're easier to see. With it being white, it just blends in with the floor and makes the quest annoying .

here here or they should change the glow sticks where the pills are dropped into red, just like in the other quests

This guide answered that question a long time ago along with other main story line quests. But it may be different now because there was no more poison gas when I went inside and way less wanogahs.
