Problem with running first time

After launching first time:
1. if Steam is running without administrator rights installation stalls at 7th component, or 3rd - counting from the end. Run Steam with administrator rights.
2. if Steam is running with administrator rights, there is error with language because Magix uses locale to start with rather than what Steam is supplying.
3. click this option on the left side of error box.
4. In library right mouse click on this application, select properities, then Language tab, switch to German, run app, exit switch to English.
