I've been having issues with downloading and installing from the moment I got it, everytime I start it up I get stuck at install step 6 of 8 when performing first time setup. I've wrecking my brain because I've gone through the "self help" steam has provided and performed all of these tasks at least 5 times and I'm still unable to push through and actually start using this program. I'm so disappointed because I wasreally hoping this would work and I'm affraid I'll have to get a refund if this isn't resolve...
