If you take a look at the News section you'll see that I'm still constantly improving the game, and I've implemented a lot of the features that new players have been demanding. I've also already fixed a lot of the bugs mentioned in some of the negative reviews.
I'm going to keep working on the game, fixing and improving things. Hopefully some of those negative reviews will change. And due to the feedback helping me to improve the game, new players will play a better game and leave better reviews.
Besides this i did not encounter one, but maybe i was lucky.
Saying the developer only looked for cash is very wrong, because he still put a lot of work in this game.
If it was only for money he could simply stop doing so.
Personaly i realy like this game.
Disagree. I've played the game a ton. It has some minor issues. It's not a AAA title with all the bells and whistles but you'll get your money out of it. Everyone is a critic expecting FFT from a small studio.
No one expects AAA quality out of indie games they're buying, most people know what they're getting, really. If a game is poorly reviewed, then there had to be reasons why other than the "people expecting too much" argument.
I read the top relevant review which is negative, and the criticism is fully game design decisions/mechanics rather than production value.
Personally though, even though I'm an srpg fan and avid strategy gamer, this game is a skip for me. I watched a few gameplay videos on it and it just seem bland and boring. It's missing what makes Asian "jrpg/srpg" games great, it just doesn't have the charm and the art is weak. In short, the game simply extremely unappealing visually, from the UI to the portraits, and no amount of polish can fix it for me. And it seems some of the reviews I read agree with this too, which makes sense really.
Plus even the early access I played was fun sooooo...I dunno, I say it's a buy
