just tell me how to solve the logic puzzle
Through sheer, impossible luck I managed to get all the lights on and still failed. Is this puzzle even necessary for getting endings?

Too answer your other question, ya you have to solve the puzzles to get the good endings not sure about the other two, still have a lot of playing to figure out the normal/bad ending stuff myself.
