AMD / Intel / non RTX GPU owners: enable TSR for upscaling

Game currently only has DLSS2 and uses Nvidia Streamline. FSR2 might come at a later date.

This means RTX GPUs can use DLSS and non RTX Nvidia GPUs can use the FSR2 mod to use FSR 2.1.2 for temporal upscaling.

Due to Streamline, AMD and Intel GPUs can use the FSR2 mod. However, the game is based on Unreal 4.27. This means you can enable Unreal 4's TSR, a temporal upscalers with very similar visual results to DLSS, FSR2 and XeSS.

Look up Unreal 4 on Pcgamingwiki and look for TSR. Enable it in ini and set rez scale to 67 for a "Quality like DLSS2" preset.
