Download size?
Store page says its about 90GB and the strange thing is after i pressed the install button it shows 38GB for download....

Is it for you guys the same?

Yes, it seems the 38GB is the compressed download size. When install is finished the game folder size is 73.9GiB repectively 79.4GB (binary vs decimal). 90GB are required "to be on the safe side" from developers point of view - it could be that some players system has just minimum RAM, and therefore some data goes to the windows-paging file on disk.

Virtually all Steam downloads are compressed, by quite a lot.
38GB is download size (compressed)
73.9 GB is install size (on disk)
