Is there a fix for Screen Tearing?

I'm trying the demo and there is a lot of screen tearing, is there a fix for this?
I don't experience this in any of my other games. I am using GeForce Experience recommended settings.
- RTX 4080
- R7 5800X
- 4k 144hz monitor

It is a G-SYNC display and everything is set up correctly.

Have you tried manually setting the FPS to 144? You can also fiddle with the Low Latency Mode in NVIDIA Control Panel. I experience some screen tearing in the game, but not that much.

I have the same issue. I even tried limiting my fps along with adjusting every graphics option.
