This is because DLCs tend to release about 6-12 months after the base game is out. That's what happened with Annihilation Instinct, which came 6 months after the base game was released, and Trapped in Limbo was released in Feb 2024, a year after the base game.
But most games tend to have only 1 or 2 DLCs, as the devs know that unless you're a hardcore fan, people's interest in the game tends to fizzle out a year after its release (hence the reason for only 1-2 DLCs).
However, Atomic Heart has 4, which isn't normal, so it's harder to predict.
