Missing bar bug - Testing Ground 8

I kept getting stuck on a certain part of Testing Ground 8, after the silver Lootyagin, and it seemed like a hanging bar was missing. I'd always get stuck on the geometry when trying to jump down to the next bar. I looked up a walkthrough and sure enough, there is a bar in the video where one seemed to be missing in my game.

I've submitted a bug report and I'm sure the devs will see that, I'm just curious if anyone else has had this particular bug. I'm on the DLC3 udpate.

I was actually able to bypass this one time; before I was sure this was the path I was meant to take, I was able to jump across a gap and grab a ledge I wasn't meant to (where the candle is initially located nearby) and get to the next set of bars you're supposed to reach from these, but I haven't been able to re-create that jump since that lucky first try - now I'm stuck! :p
