Subtitle language is always Russian

Does anyone have the same problem that the subtitle is always Russian even change that game language to other language? This only happened in the DLC game mode.

I fix the issue for me.
This is what I did. First I backup my game save. I used steam own game cloud save and also made my own backup with winrar.
You can find the save files under "C:\Users\username(you own user in win)\appdata (hiddenfolder) \Local\AtomicHeart"
There is a folder (Saved) in there. I just use winrara to back it up.
The remove folder and uninstall the game from steam.
Restarted pc (maybe not needed) and started steam to download the game again. When game was done and installed again. I played it and it just worked. I use steam save cloud to auto restore my saves. But it should works to just unzip back the (Saved) folder to where it was.
Hope it helps.

Oh and also if you have mods. Try run game without them first and you can add them back in later when you got it working.

Had the same issue, with the MOD for no intro, uninstalled, deleted the game DIR, reinstalled, restarted PC, game started normally, subtitles and text in English, applied the mod again, all good.
