How it was when the previous DLC came out?

there was a bunch of achievements and we could already see the total achievements for the game being modified before the DLC release. Not this time. They are late on that topic or maybe they don't have any planned.

That's my concern. The storepage for the DLC does, however, indicate support for achievements.

Fortunately, there are no achievements for Trapped in Limbo. Contrary to Annihilation Instinct, I don't like TiL at all. It's very frustrating, and I didn't like Limbo to begin with.
