Midjourney is a good AI for art, you could try it. Or stable Diffusion which is more complicated but offers greater control of what you want. Heck you could train SD as a AI waifus maker if you wanted.

probably Automatic1111 GUI with kotosart model and a atomic heart robot twin LORA. The sampler might be DPM++2 Karras but i'm not sure.
