Missed One BEA-D

The last one I got is the one on the surface, but then I found out I only got 7 BEA-Ds and now I'm stuck. Tried to go back to previous areas and nothing found so far.
Does anyone know where it might be?

I had trouble too, but I found that there's a staircase in that room that looks like a golden generator where he says "this looks important." It's easy to miss. Go up the stairs and you'll figure it out.

For anyone having this issue like me today, just continue to NORA's brain (Huge Room with the puzzle on top) as Foibleson reffered to golden generator
The room is a bit hidden with a door having magnets on top
(taking elevator after the hangar -> door facing the elevator exit)
