Did anyone just stop.. and watch the cartoons on tv?

Yes ... usually I enter the room, loot the crate, whip the fridge a bit and then i watch the cartoons before i leave ... And 5 Minutes later: f*** I forgot to Save ... LOL

So far i saw only 2 tv's with cartoons in them,and those were never in the safe room.

is the Microsoft store game different?

GP here too and its the same for me. Cartoons do not show in save rooms. They have been on a few other tvs, but not all.

I watched them when i was a kid, on Bulgarian television (i'm not Bulgarian but their BT1 TV program was available in my now ex-communist country).
They had each evening a 20 minutes cartoon program named "Leka Noci Deta", which translates as "Good Night Children" and they had "Nu Pogodi" episodes pretty often.

On xbox gamepass version, the tvs are all just white-screen.

the cartoon tvs are in certain rooms, i have the gamepass version, the saved games ones are allways white. you find them in certain rooms throughout the game
