can you do testing grounds at any time?
Probably an obvious question but I can't find the answer anywhere. I'm just about to enter the exhibition and i have done the 2 nearby testing grounds. Will i come back out and be able to do the rest? At any point do you lock yourself out of going to the testing grounds?

You mean VDNH? Yeah, you still have plenty of time to do them. After you leave Pavlov complex - this is your last chance to do all the testing grounds or check some points of interest on the map.
