Help with AS YOU SOW, SO SHALL YOU REAP it won't move no matter what

Guys it's not the first that i found a bug in the game were things get stuck, i re did this missions 2 times and there's a point when i turn the car (tank) and won't move, i saw many youtube videos and i see no problem, can you guys help me please?

it turns but it's always stuck to move forward with an alarm sound

i found the solution!, go to the last switch and you can move it from there :)
