Ending, only for those who finished the game!

So how do you feel about those two options? I am kinda confused how bad both of them are. Kinda also feels like they didn't do right with out main man p-3. The end was very anti climactic and dissipated me. Also the added option to return back, after you finish the game. Why? To do what, I cleared all the bunkers etc...

Ideas, comments?

I think limbo is some kind of hivemind where mutilple people can interact (hence why hou hear your wife in it). It's also most likely some step of the evolution Charles is talking about too (but I think he's more thinking about polymer stuff than the cortex network stuff)
Basically the body stays, but the mind goes into limbo ? and hallucinations go between both realities

I get that they ended on a cliffhanger for their dlc but at the same time I dont like DLCs that are needed to finish the story. I would have rather have an ending and then dlcs that expanded the world.

Because ending the game with "you're stuck in limbo and obviously there is more to be done later" is just meh and unsatisfying

The state of Limbo may also vary on a case by case basis. It looked like a weird LSD mario world for P-3, who knows what it would look like for Sechenov or Petrov

I think the DLC will pick off where you grab your wife's hand. It ll probably have to do with hunting Charles down.

The rings are not for twin-robots, they were supposed to be worn by P3 and his wife as wedding rings, so they would be moderators, while Sechenov will administrate the network. So destruction of all 3 connectors with hi access leaves all the network to the will of Zakharov.

Did thought the rings stuff was weird, why put this into rings ?

Ring we see in the game were design for Nechaev couple. Because they were right and left hand of Sechenov before. They were supposed to be guardians of the rings, but ♥♥♥♥ happened.

The ending is even more messed up for Sechenov then

So my first idea about the ending in the limbo where her polymer clone /self asked him to go with her find the rings to kick jelly man ass was most likely true

Yeah an ending like that with the wife coming "back to life" and them acting as safeguard against kollektiv abuse would be a very befitting ending!!!!

Both endings made me feel like there is no definitive good ending. Sure, going on a emotional rampage against the remnants of your wife was definately the bad ending, but with the 'good' ending I cant help but wonder how free he really was after making the decision, considering Thought 2.0 would probably have been launced without resistance. Though it seems to have been implied that he was left alone after the decision since he went on a 'holiday' so he most likely wasnt seen as a threat. Despite that, I did like seeing Sergey choosing for himself in an attempt to not be manipulated and abused by everyone around him.
