SHOCK and Scan not working a Testing ground 2

I have to do some puzzles at Testing ground 2 with the magnets, so after one time of using shock, it never charges back. For some reason I cannot user the scanner too or dash, now that I remember.

This is the first time that happened to me during the whole game, I've restored a previous save, close the game, checked if something was wrong with my keyboard. Has anybody have a similar issue?

I've got exactly the same problem for the first time at TG 10. Everything works on the surface, but when I go underground (testing grounds, theater, etc.) it breaks again. Restoring saves doesn't work, all saves corrupted, game over

It worked for me, I haven't tried this workaround in a TG yet (I got tired and wanted to progress the story) but when I was in complex pavlov the game got even worst.

My dash works now, I can loot, etc

yes it helped. i have locked fps from 144 to 90 and now game works fine (at least i got through the theater)

Same, but in testing ground 9. This is game breaking, so is losing like 140fps as a "fix". This is the first time I've ever felt like I'd have to wait for a game to get updated to be able to play it. I guess I was starting to lose interest as I get most of the way through anyway. Love the game and looked forward to it since the first trailer, like top 3 most anticipated games ever, but now I can see the end coming and have been most places it kinda seems like most of the things I thought looked amazing are cut content, there must be more cut content than there is game and they still can't get it to work, what a shame.
