Testing Ground 8 bugged?

hi guys,
I think I've met a bug in the T.G. 8 area. AS you can see from the photo https://ibb.co/ynspvvx it looks like there's a double door bug. I've used the cameras to trigger the generators but still can't enter the building to access the T.G. 8. Is it actually a bug or am I missing something ?

That seems bugged, the door was open for me. But there was another way inside through the roof that you can try

On left side of the roof you can find this open hatch that will get you inside.
Although this is a story location, it could be that it simply is locked at the moment because you'll need to come here later

the rooftop hatch was closed too...it's probably all story-related
