I hope it was just a mistake, or maybe they're planning to update it to 2.0 with the raytracing update..
At this point, it should use FSR 2.1, or even the 2.2 version.
What a complete screw up.
Edit:
This doesn't work with AMD GPU's.
really how do you intall it? it has different directories to other games, like this game separates the dlss dll from the games main folder
exe is located in this folder:
\XboxGames\Atomic Heart - Windows\Content\AtomicHeart\Binaries\WinGDK
Btw you can't use it with AMD GPU's only works with GTX.
This version is lacking a lot of things that should be there (and they're already implemented in the game, just not in this build). We can expect a future update to bring those, but ATM we're stuck with FSR 1.0 with unmatching and worse presets.
FSR 1 had Ultra Quality preset, but this game is lacking it, it starts at Quality, which means they are running FSR 1 using the presets and resolutions from the version 2, in other words: Quality at 1.5x (FSR 1 was 1.3x), Balanced at 1.7x (FSR 1 was 1.5x) and Performance at 2.0x (FSR 1 was 1.7x) and Ultra Performance at 3.0x (FSR 1 didn't had this one). FSR 1 is worse at lower resolutions, which explains why this game looks so blurry with FSR (I could validate this using Radeon Super Resolution, but I've issue a refund and I'll wait for them to properly deliver what they have promised).
We need FSR 2.2 ASAP. You know the upgrade path from 1.0 is not that hard, especially considering UE4 has plugin support for FSR2.
Yeah, first click the gaming tab as shown here, and type the game in the search bar, when you see it click it, and the new screen will look different, scroll down, and view these images to get it.

https://postimg.cc/XZNfhrLW Red arrow pointing to it with the blurb out. It is called Radeon Super Resolution
I mean it really doesn't look good on their part. They made sure to include a recent version of nVidia's DLSS.. but AMD's FSR?... Nah.. OG super buggy build for them. I'm getting PhysX vibes again.
