No in game video on screen

TV's and monitors in game don't show anything. I hear the audio but can't see ♥♥♥♥.
Anyone has this issue?

Yeah I’m having the same issue, I’m playing on the Steam Deck - haven’t tried it on my PC yet. The difficulty select screen is supposed to have images/short videos that play for each difficulty but I just see black boxes in their place. Videos in-game aren’t showing anything either, like in the first elevator you take, nothing displayed on that circular screen (I also only hear the audio).
Tried restarting the game and my SD but neither worked.

Exactly that. Haven't reached a part where it negatively affects gameplay but it still sucks...

Same here. Advertisements on the street, television screens, holograph images, none of them were shown during walking part in the first 5 minutes. Could see images for each difficulty though. Trying re-install now.

Same here - my televisions in game are just bright white screens.

Messed with visual options for a while but nothing changed. Tried both ultrawide and 16:9 ratios and still no videos...

there was 1 tv in the opening part of game that had a cartoon but as the screen was tiny af and no audio i just left thinking it would show up again later. all tvs since then have been white screens and silent

Just wanted to update - once I got to the museum I had a single TV in the area where you get the robot's arm show the cartoon, but still white TVs in the save rooms lol. I have no idea what's causing it - almost seems like a bug with a codec or something.

I just realized - there is a folder for movies and mine is completely empty when it comes to TV_CLIPS:

D:\XboxGames\Atomic Heart - Windows\Content\AtomicHeart\Content\Movies

I have a single file in it -

"D:\XboxGames\Atomic Heart - Windows\Content\AtomicHeart\Content\Movies\TV_Clips\TV_Empty.mp4"

My movies folder is 3.75 GB (4,037,659,337 bytes) 171 Files, 10 Folders

Anyone with working videos want to compare and see if that's the problem with our versions?

Odd - I wonder why I have one more folder and 4 less files lol.

it's weird that the files are missing cause some screens actually show the footage for a short amount of time. The TV in the first elevator too, i was able to see some of it by spamming ALT to enter Atom Vision. The video showed for 2 seconds then went away.

Right!? Even the video I saw in the room with the robot's arm at the museum, technically I shouldn't have been able to see it based on what I'm seeing installed lol...really odd stuff to be honest.
