Does CDKEYS give the preorder dlc with the game key?
I want to know, because $75 is a much better price for the premium version that $100 here on Steam.

I am asking about the preorder bonus dlc not the Atomic Pass which is an season/expansion pass.

FYI: The standard edition bought from CDKEYS doesn't come with any pre-order DLC, even if you bought it before the game released.
