Pre-order keys

So I pre-ordered this game a long long time ago when it was first announced. Still havent received the keys from the publisher. Though I did receive an email from Xsolla saying that my version was being upgraded for free because they changed the tiers mid development.

Has anyone who pre-ordered these gotten their keys yet?

I'm actually trying to get my keys now. I pre-ordered from Xsolla 4 1/2 years ago and the old email address they recorded is now unreachable. Trying to get them to reassociate it through their support has been near impossible. People keep saying they're "elevating it" but then nothing ever happens.

Oh ♥♥♥♥ I am sorry to hear that. I pre-ordered it about that long ago but my email was still active.

I had actually sort of forgotten all about it until I got the email a few days ago talking about the editions.
