bug in testing ground 8

As i have seen in videos you can simply walk in through the front door fo the building. problem is the front doors are closed for me. closed the game and restarted it still closed. any idea how to fix this?

I had the same problem despite turning on the 3 generators via the cameras. Turns out you need to progress the story until you have to enter the building. You'll get a marker that leads you to the same building. At that point, make sure all 3 generators are on and then you can take the elevator down to testing ground 8.

How far should I progress the story? Is the other testing ground also locked thru the story?
