Polygon 8 Bug

I activated all 3 of the generators, but the front door won't open. It looks like the door swung open to the inside but there is still a glass wall at the entrance where the door was that I can't get past. Any workarounds for this bug? I reloaded prior saves and reactivated the 3 generators but I still can't get past the door.

I have different bug on this. For me camera does not reach closest generator..... i was unable to activate it.

No. I haven't done any of the story missions so far after getting off the mag-train. Instead, I just went to the first 3 Polygons and completed them, then went to Polygon where I had the issue. Thanks for the information, I'll go back and start doing the story missions.
