More excessive stutter outdoors

Upon reaching the first outdoor area, I've noticed the game stutters alot more then it did indoors. Indoors was tolerable, but outdoors it sucks. This is with and without FG on, DLSS on/off.

Actually, I could get way better frametimes by using the framelimiter of the game. I set it to 60, while using vsync. Dunno exactly why, but for me it worked like a charm. Runs super smooth now. You might want to give it a try.

Running Vsync with a logical FPS cap for your system works the best.

you gotta use the settings that give you a solid fps while outdoors, as that's gonna be sort of the benchmark for the game. If you're barely managing 60fps indoors then you're not gonna like being outdoors.
