Hello,

I have now already 3x crashes at the same place!
These are the first crashes ever in this game.
I think it's chapter 8 where you have to find the body parts of the robot, have everything but the head.
Here I have to go to a beluga hall, then come to a place where I have to go up in an elevator.
The elevator doors open, I go about 1-3 steps inside (looks like a cave), and the game crashes with an Unrealengine error message! Has anyone had this problem as well?

ich habe jetzt schon 3x Abstürze bei der selben Stelle!
Es handelt sich um die ersten Abstürze überhaupt in diesem Spiel.
Ich glaube es ist Kapitel 8, wo man die Körperteile des Roboters finden muss, habe alles bis auf den Kopf.
Hier muss ich zu einer Belugahalle gehen, komme dann zu einer Stelle wo ich mit einem Aufzug hinauf fahren muss.
Die Aufzugtüren gehen auf, ich gehe ca. 1-3 Schritte hinein (sieht aus wie eine Höhle), und das Spiel stürzt mit einer Unrealengine Fehlermeldung ab! Hatte jemand auch dieses Problem?

Same happens to me, but different location- tried every advise found, nothing works. the game is charm although

Hallo hat das bei dir was geholfen?
Habe das jetzt auch getestet, also wenn es im Hintergrund läuft, habe dazu auch alle Grafikeinstellungen mal auf niedrig gesetzt.
Stürzt leider trotzdem ab:

Bzw. hast du da bei den Atomic Hearts EInstellungen was verändert bei Flawless?

if its the part where you retrieve the head, your best best is to try to kill all the enemies on the wall and save constantly then when they are all dead. you go through the room as quick as possible, i crashed 37 times in said room before i finally got past it

Hab mal den Support vom Spiel selber kontaktiert mal schauen ob die zucken sowas geht gar nicht

Hallo, also bei mir hat jetzt tatsächlich folgendes geholfen: die lokalen Spieldaten auf Steam auf Fehler überprüfen, bei mir wurden 4 Daten neu angefordert, jetzt kann ich wieder weiterspielen :)

Has anyone tried to get past this area without crashing with the new update?

This also happens at the next location, Theatre. The one thing that helps is not to look around and swing melee while staring at floor. No changes after update

Hello, try the following (has worked for me)

Go to the properties of the game in Steam (right click on game under library)
Then go to local data and examine it for errors here.
Has helped me every time had this during the play through about 3-4x and this has helped every time.
