It looks like I missed the second blueprint in testing ground 11 somehow. I tried to go back to it but I couldn't get in the front entrance and I don remember where the exit is. Am I able to go back for this missing upgrade?

I can't go back in or out. But I went through and took everything.

If the elevator is closed to you at the entrance, and there is no elevator at the exit, then this can be considered a bug.
