is Nora gets removed?

feels like after first several meet with nora, she is gone, all the fridge after that are normal fridge, is this original design? or gets removed(for streamer)?

Possibility one, some dialog was too spicy and got censored for the M rating. Possibility 2 some dialog wasn't added in because of time limits to launch. Possibility 3, which is in the game, and requires a spoiler tag.. The guy who was programming the NORA's around the bases gets killed, you find his corpse. So many NORA's are unaffected, in canon
