How to unlock more than 60 fps?

Can anyone tell me how to unlock more than 60fps?
I disabled vsync and set fps to 144 and still get 60 fps max.

What kind of monitor are you using? What video cable are you using?

What resolution are you running? What specific GPU do you have?

It's not the game it's on your end, specs as Alpha has stated

In 'GameUserSettings.ini' file (if Im correct) you can change it to any frequency.
