2) This would be more like multiple personality (now known as Dissociative identity disorder) rather than bipolar.
3) My theory is that Nora has two personalities. The first is her normal, intended personality. The second, is obviously the horny one. The game notes that Petrov tried to tinker with Nora in some way but failed to do so, and we know that Petrov has the capability to alter the personalities of the robots as he did with the ballerina's. However, the game never explicitly states who gave all the robots their personalities. There is mention about Senchenov being responsible for developing their fighting code. And seeing how aggressive and sexually suggestive Nora is, I wouldn't be surprised if Senchenov made Nora's 2nd personality, which got activated after Petrov made robots switch to combat mode. The only thing is that there is a chirper where Nora kills someone, but I'm unsure if this was before or after combat mode was started. My guess is that Nora's tamer, "service" mode, is how she becomes after P-3 tells her to tone it down. Then when she can't hold back the horny any more she lets loose a flood of sexual harassment. She seems to be connected to some information network as she knows when Petrov died before you tell her about it.
