Weapon blueprint not spawning?

I am almost at final boss and been to all testing ground. Still no luck getting kalash, fatboy or railgun. This random spawn really discourage people to explore around.

Is there a way to get blueprint for certain?

Have the same problem and I'm pretty pissed about it. Makes me very glad that I didnt buy it. So glad that gamepass exists. If a new game doesnt run like ♥♥♥♥.. it's bugged af. Something always is wrong -.-

Weird. I am still in the first facility and have already got the Kalash blueprint to drop for me from a yellow chest. Only issue I have is achievement progress being reset when restarting the game.

After some digging I've found a cheaty solution on nexus. AtomicTrainer enables debug menu and with that... you can just spawn in the weapons.

Are the blueprints random? I just got the kalash early in the game at that pesticide plant thing in a chest at the savestation.

All this time later, the drops are still borked. After getting the shotgun, every chest that gives me a blueprint gives me a medium neuromed capsule blueprint.
