I ran into another door with the code like lock. but i cant find the code around it. I am in the blood courier mission for hopsital like area, and the nurse station has 5 boxes that the loot goblin in me refuses to pass. and i dont think the code would be deeper into the facility

Go down to the bottom floor, to the room with the fire, find 3 bloody circles and the picture of a brain (facing the hole in the wall); have all 4 objects in frame for the key.
I believe I have the first 3 keys, but I forgot where the 4th one was exactly so I just highlighted the upper quadrant and my best guess; too bad the lock doesnt keep the code on the ground so I could of took a picture of it.

i wouldn't have figured this out, i spent 10 minutes looking for a dead body with a paper next to it.

i didnt think theyd do these kind of key answers. so i was shocked i passed it somany times

I was looking around and noticed that the circle pass the hole in the wall was oddly stretched; which made me think of those optical illusions on the street to stop speeding cars, so I adjusted so that the shape make a normal circle and then noticed the hand-prints, additional circles, and brain. The hand-prints formed a outer circle with the other circles internal to it (x3); given that the code needs 4 keys I included the brain as it is the only object in the frame, making the key I came up with above.

I found cause there are two bloody handprints below the lock on the door and then the circle of bloody hand prints. Still very obtuse and hard to find/read

This puzzle is a perfect example of why you never put them in a combat area and have the lighting nearly the same color as the solution. Even knowing where to get the answer it was impossible to solve because it was covered in blood and already requires guessing where the correct start spot is. Awful puzzle design.
