CAGM-6 misses

Whenever deploying the Cage-6 it misses all targets by the same amount. I’ve tried deploying it in many flight configurations and with both barometer settings. Always misses each individual target by 20-45 meters 10 o’clock of the target. If there are 5 mobile AA guns, it will accurately hit the ground in five neat places 20-45m left and far of the targets (10 o’clock).
Is this a new bug or known issue? It’s repeatable on two systems. 0.0.17
